• Booking details: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers, passenger numbers and the ages of children who need a child seat.
• Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or the chat on this website.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Location during a transfer: if you open a driver-tracking link, your driver's location is shown to you. If you choose to share your own location to help the driver find you, it is used only for that pickup.
• Website usage: pages visited and general device information, collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies.

How we use it

• To provide the transfer you booked, including tracking your flight and contacting you about your pickup.
• To send booking confirmations, invoices and receipts.
• To answer your questions and handle changes or cancellations.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: the driver doing your transfer; our online booking and payment providers; and the providers of our email, chat and analytics tools. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Keeping and securing your information

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for tax and legal purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
