We work backwards from your departure time so you are never rushing.
The drive from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport takes 60–80 minutes. Tell us your flight time and we suggest a pickup that gets you to the terminal about two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one, with a buffer for roadworks on the Captain Cook Highway.
We collect from every hotel, resort and holiday rental in Port Douglas, including Four Mile Beach, Macrossan Street, Craiglie and the resorts along Port Douglas Road. You are dropped at the door of the domestic or international terminal, not at a shuttle stop.
Early flights: our standard pickups start at 6:00am. If your flight needs an earlier start, we can arrange a pickup before 6am for a $50 surcharge, as long as it is booked at least 48 hours ahead so a driver can be confirmed.
Not flying? The same service runs from Port Douglas to Cairns City hotels, the cruise terminal and Cairns Central station. Taxis and rideshare cars are thin on the ground in Port Douglas, so a pre-booked car is the dependable way back.
