Two private transfers, planned together.
A return transfer between Cairns and Port Douglas is simply both legs booked at once. You give us your arrival flight and your departure flight, and each leg is locked in at the same fixed price as a one-way transfer, from $170 each way for the whole vehicle.
Going up: we meet you at Cairns Airport arrivals, or at your Cairns hotel, and drive you to your Port Douglas accommodation.
Coming back: we collect you from the same address, or a different one if you have moved, and time the pickup to your flight. If your return flight is early, a pickup before 6am can be arranged for a $50 surcharge.
Booking both legs up front matters most on the way back. There are far fewer taxis and rideshare drivers in Port Douglas than in Cairns, and in school holidays the good pickup times go first. With a return booked, your ride to the airport is confirmed before you have even left home.
Your two legs do not have to match. Arrive at the airport and leave from Cairns City, or come up from Cairns and go home via Palm Cove: tell us the plan and we will price each leg from the price list.

We watch your flight and move the pickup if you land early or late.
Your driver waits in arrivals with a name board and helps with the bags.
